We know that some of you feel much more comfortable when there is someone to wait for you when you arrive at the train station. Register to get a Belgian buddy and your Belgian buddy will pick you up at the main train station of Gent (Gent-Sint-Pieters). Don't forget to ask him/her for their cell phone number and to give yours as well because there can always happen something unexpected.
If your buddy would not be available to pick you up, someone of ESN will try to pick you up, but we cannot guarantee that this will be done. Whenever there's someone availiable, we try to be there and assist you while taking your first steps in Gent. If your buddy wouldn't be able to pick you up, just send us a message.
